10 things every successful TC has in place

So here's a list I want you to actually use — not just skim.

These are the must-haves that keep you organized, get you paid, and help you show up like a pro from day one.

Now, before you look at this list and panic — don't. Every single one of these is covered inside the TC Bootcamp, step by step.

And for a good chunk of them — the contract, the templates, the pricing — I hand you the actual resource.

You're not starting from a blank page. You're not building this from scratch.

1. Reliable computer & internet

You'll work virtually, so a good connection is the lifeblood of this business. Don't start out with an old, slow computer. Trust me on that one.

2. Basic computer skills

Email, Microsoft Word, Google Docs/Drive, Dropbox — the everyday basics. Covered inside the Bootcamp if any of this is new to you.

3. A file-sharing system

A dedicated place to organize documents and share them with clients, like Google Drive or Dropbox. We walk you through setting it up — you're not guessing.

4. Packages & pricing

A flat rate per transaction as your baseline, with simple add-ons to increase your income per file. You'll get a real pricing framework inside the Bootcamp, not a blank page.

5. An invoicing system

A way to bill clients and track income and expenses — from a simple spreadsheet to bookkeeping software. Templates provided.

6. A brand that reflects you

A business name, logo, and simple, professional website that builds trust and makes you memorable. We show you exactly how, step by step.

7. Real systems

Transaction coordinating software keeps details from slipping through the cracks as your client list grows. I show you the basic options inside the Bootcamp so you're not starting cold.

8. A TC contract

Spelling out your services and pricing up front sets expectations from day one. You get a real contract template — you don't have to write one from scratch.

9. A plan to land your first client

I teach you a real step-by-step plan for this — where to find agents, exactly what to say, how to present yourself with confidence. Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, there's a way that fits you. You don't have to fake being someone you're not to get clients.

10. A positive, neutral attitude

Real estate gets emotional. Staying calm and steady is what keeps agents calling you back. Every time.

So that's the list. Ten things. All ten, taught and handed to you inside the TC Bootcamp. That's it.

The next steps.

Freedom starts with clarity.

You don't have to grind away in commission chaos. You don't have to sacrifice nights and weekends.

You don't have to wait years to build something of your own.

The skills you already have could be the foundation of a business that finally gives you freedom and stability.

So go take the next step, okay? I'll see you on the other side.
